The Charateristics of Oil Free Scroll Compressor
The oil free scroll compressor compresses the air flow by moving pairs of 180 degree spirals to form a compressor chamber, which continuously narrows from outside to inside.
In oil free scroll compressor, the static scroll and the moving scroll move in a plane with small radius under a certain phase. The static and dynamic scroll engage with each other to form a number of closed compression chambers with crescent shape. The gas in the suction chamber is gradually compressed by the crescent-shaped compression chamber that is formed subsequently, and then discharged from the central part of the static scroll. In the process of suction, compression and exhaust, the fixed disc is fixed on the rack, and the moving disc is driven by an eccentric shaft and controlled by an anti-rotation mechanism. Different from the conventional reciprocating rotary compressor, the relative motion clearance between the two spirals is small but not in contact with each other, and the relative motion speed of the two spirals is slow.
Oil free scroll compressor is characterized by no metal friction in the compression chamber, it adopts low noise and low vibration scroll compression mode and low noise/vibration analysis based on the noise/vibration of the whole machine structure, with the same lowest level of the noise operation. At the same time, the oil free scroll compressor has high machining accuracy and high technical requirements. The scroll main engine has the advantages of simple structure, fewer parts and less vulnerable parts, greatly reducing the possibility of replacing parts, and having high durability. Robust structure design and high-quality air supply capability can improve its reliability.
