Hydro-pneumatic separator is an essential component of high pressure rotary screw compressor. When the air compressor is running, due to high temperature and high pressure, it will inevitably make some of the lubricating oil vaporized into oil vapor and small droplets, followed by compressed air into the exhaust pipe. Therefore, it is necessary to install an oil-gas separator to separate the lubricating oil from the compressed air so as to purify the gas.
Oil and gas separator components of high pressure rotary screw compressor have many titles, which are usually referred to oil by professionals. The injection screw air compressor has an oil-gas separation barrel, which together with the oil constitutes the oil-gas separation system of the screw air compressor. Oil and gas separation barrels are primary separation, also known as the first separation; and oil separation, belonging to secondary separation, can achieve the cleaner, more complete and more effective separation of compressed air and machine oil.
The new oil has a pressure difference, called the initial pressure difference. Usually the standard pressure difference is 0.2 bar. The oil used in screw, slide and scroll air compressors will have a pressure difference. Oil has a limited life, because it separates the machine oil and compressed air, impurities will also stay in its filter data, and then blocked the filter micropore, resulting in excessive resistance. Then the air compressor power consumption is added, which is not conducive to the realization of energy saving and emission reduction. So when the oil blockiing has reached a certain pressure difference, it must be replaced in time.
