Notes on Operation of Diesel Powered Air Compressor
In the operation rules of diesel powered air compressor, it is necessary to keep the environment near the air compressor clean and dry before starting, which can prevent the air compressor from damp or inhaling dust. Check whether the cooling water, fuel and lubricating oil are enough, whether the oil circuit, cooling system and machine parts are normal. Check whether the connection of the starting system is correct, and the battery is sufficient. The air in the compressor need to be exhausted, and the output valve need to be closed, so that the air compressor can achieve no-load operation. Check whether the air compressor tank fuel is sufficient. Make sure the diesel engine oil is between the upper and lower limits of the scale, and the coolant is between the upper and lower limits of the scale. During winter, in the low temperature environment, the diesel engine must be preheated to 40 degrees Celsius before starting about. The heat in the cooling system is heated above 80 degrees Celsius for preheating. Check whether there is any foreign body beside the machine running parts.
When starting, open the electric key, turn the key, make the electronic pump start for 15 seconds, then continue to turn the key to make the diesel engine start. If after 5 seconds (starting motor continuous operation should not exceed 15 seconds), the diesel powered air compressor cannot start, and if it still cannot be started after more than four consecutive times, we should check it and find out the cause of failure. After starting, the diesel engine need us to pay close attention to the indications of various instruments on the dashboard, and then check whether the diesel engine parts are abnormal, and start to eliminate the failure after the problems are confirmed.
